Grammy award-winning music producer, art director, and designer, Alex Medina can really do it all and we're excited to have him on the podcast this week to discuss how he creates, the tools he uses, and how to make money as a creative. He’s currently working as a Principal Designer at Vox Media while also designing and producing for music artists such as Lecrae, Andy Mineo, and others.
In this week's episode, we talk with Alex about his nontraditional approach to entering into the music and design industry, the dynamic between self-worth and making money, what tools he uses for both work and play, and of course, Kanye West.
