As it relates to current events in the news, everyone is talking about AI. Is it good or bad? Will the hype continue into 2023 or will it bust like the crypto market did in 2022?
I used OpenAI’s chatgpt to ask these questions and here what it had to say:
“There is a lot of hype around AI because it has the potential to revolutionize many industries and change the way we live our lives. For example, AI has the potential to improve healthcare by analyzing medical records and making recommendations for treatment, it can improve transportation by developing self-driving cars, and it can improve education by personalizing learning for each student.
For creatives, the implications of AI are both positive and negative. On the positive side, AI can help creatives by automating tedious tasks and allowing them to focus on the more creative aspects of their work. For example, AI can be used to edit videos, generate music, and design websites. On the negative side, there is a fear that AI will replace human workers, including creatives, and lead to widespread unemployment. However, many experts believe that AI will actually create new job opportunities, rather than replacing existing ones.”
Time will tell how AI will perform and who it will help and hurt the most. But it’s definitely something to keep following and considering the implications and opportunities that come along with it.
